I had the same problem, go to your local office in person and ask if they can reschedule. My appointment was going to interfere with our first vacation as a married couple and they brought it forward to before we were due to leave.

Went to the local office today and they've changed my Biometrics appointment to the 14th

Hey everyone, this is my very first post on visajourney. Just thought I'd let you know about my AOS interview dates and how USCIS's timing sucks.

Kristen and I have been planning a trip to chicago, with 2 of our friends, to celebrate St Patrick's Day. We were due to fly out on wed 15th March and return on Sun the 19th. I think it may be a conspiracy but I just recieved my appointment letters for my AOS and Biometrics here in Denver, CO. Can any of you guess when those dates are?

My AOS is on the 15th of March and my biometrics is on the 18th!!!! Bummer!

Although I'm glad to get my appointments this soon, they couldn't have picked worse dates!

Have any of you had any experience with rearranging these appointments? i.e. is it going to delay my application seriously or should we just write off our first vacation together and lose our $400 for the flights?
