Hi ,

I am filling out form I-864 for my parents and got confuse in subject mentioned questions.  If I understand it correctly, I have to fill two separate I-864 . One for my father and another for my mother .

I started filling out my mother form.  

Do I have to select questions 2  of part 3?  . I believe I do not have to as it says 'Do not include any relative listed on separate visa petition).

Also if I do not select question 2 of part 3. Do I have to fill out any details in Part 3 related to Family member  (like to put out my mother's details if I am preparing a I-864 for my mother)

Would really appreciate if someone can help me to clear this confusion.

I am planning to make an application of B1/B2 visa for my mother and father. In this regards , I tried to fill I-134 and I stuck on question 8. Where i need to mentioned family member dependent on me. We have a baby boy less than 6 moths . so what we can specify in age filed for my child is i want to mentioned 5 months. I tried 5M but it does not work.

Not yet. My husband (petitioner) called NVC this morning and the NVC operator told him that we are case complete as of Sept 30.

I think the case complete email will come after 5 or 7 days.

my had filed a I-130 petition under F2A category in 29-feb-2012. and she had received a receipt number from CA office on 4 -mar-2012.

now since last one year when we check the status on usics website ,it shows status initial review. so we are in confuse about how much time will it take and there is no further communication since last year...
