I let my wife print and sign and then scan it to me and we have no difficulties here or in Ghana and everything went successful with her interview.

I let my wife scan her own and I sent to NVC without any difficulties and no RFE and my wife will be going her interview next month in Ghana.

All i do was i called NVC and i was told to go to their website and download DS -230 and mail it after i mailed the AOS. You can call them or just do dat and mailed it with the other documents with the exception of the police certificate as far as i know. You only sent police certificate to the embassy but i hope more info will come out from different folks.

@ RMCOLLIN I think that will be right to start doing the spouse one since many people are now on K1

I just got approved for I-130 and want to thank everyone here for the info and all words of encouragement given. I pray and hope all you guys here will soon celebrate yours soon, I think is getting fast and faster everyday cause I did it less than 3months. I will like to know what is the next step and how do I go about it, does it take long time from here or move fast. Thanks.
