after seeing you had an RFE i took another look at my paperwork, now im wondering if I will get an RFE the check I sent for the I129f was made out and cashed to the uscis not to homeland security. so I guess i will see if i get one or not.Mark

I think what is making me crazy is reading all the excuses uscis seems to have,but again its our government and beleive it or not its still the best in the world!

That is true we all come from different roots,i am getting real close to being as frustrated as you in this process. with all that are being aproved im hopeing yours is this week just means i will be getting closer i hope.

Keep the video the way it is, the problem in this country is everyone sometimes suger coats things and the message is missed, when it hurts thats when they see the point!

I am not sure where you live what the law is, here in colorado a friend can do it. ask your court house, here you get the licance,someone performs the ceramony, then that person the bride ,groom, and the witnesses all go down to court house and sighn the documents that you got married, check with your court house, to see what the proccess is their.

a friend told me but the kidds that came here when they were little dont have any family in mexico,I said your right they are all here already waiting for amnesty!

i just seen about 6 december aprovels i hope yours was approved also. LOL im spanish but beleive me! I am dead against anyone being in this country without doing it the right way !simply put they shouls all pe deported first and then pay and wait like the rest of us!

our government is so hell bent on the illeagels in this country and their political vote to stay in office they dont fix the problem they are creating bigger problems!

Scott my Anna is from Lugansket, I know how you feel about getting your Anna here ! i was going to the Ukraine now in may but i am going to hold on my trip till i get my NOA2 then i will go for 3 months. I am hopeing to get this all done so her son can start school here next year he is 12.

I understand, I filed once before back in june of last year, sent in I-129f package and in january I received a notice that it was lost! which i found odd because i got the whole package back and then two weeks later my bank was credited back the fee i had sent in with my I-129f in june. I refiled it all again in febuary so i am waiting again ! so i know what you feel! Mark
