i filed March 1st 2013 and got NOA 2 May 21st and had interview June 26 with no expedite just a luck of the draw I guess.

I was RFE in April . I think its a good idea to miss a document to get there attention and pull your file out and when you respond they just make there decsion there on the spot Good Luck

Elio I just went through this and had our interview on the 26th . what paperwork do you feel you need to send her for the interview

Yes it was lucky but I sent the Copy as a response to an RFE requesting her letter of intent As A matter of fact I do not have the RFE with me for exact wording because she has all the copy to take to her interview . but i do remember the last paragraph stating a Copy would be ok. So please read the last part of your RFE Best Of Luck

Plus the fact that you got approved through VSC in only 81 days when there are other people who are still waiting 200+ (i'm not even talking about people who have gotten an RFE) means you were lucky...

Copies of evidence of meeting in person in fine. Copies of intent to marry are not acceptable! The intent to marry must have original signatures.

This is not true i sent A Copy that my fiance sent me via email and was approved right away total day from noa1 to noa2 was 81 days

Hi Can someone pleaseAdvice me as to when the applicant is able to do the medical exam ? foe example once he,she has a case number or do they need to have packet 3 in hand?

I've been working for several hours on a Cuba K1 wiki page! I tried to make it as comprehensive as possible, with a focus on that time between your NOA2 and when you are able to schedule your interview and your partner picks up the packet. Click here.

Seems to be a pattern hang on here long enough and you get feelings. Either everyone gets approved real soon or they are the problem petitions but I doubt that very much

Honestly all you transfers should update your time lines to the New Service Centers to see how much is where

Is question 10 on I-134 referring to past Petitions or Do I write Current Petition in there again????? Thats the last piece of info and all forms are filled out and ready for packet 3

My noa2 state that my petition was forwarded to the Consulate . Does that mean it did not have to go to Nation Visa Center ? Is that possible????If so how do I get my case number now. Country is Cuba

Thats what I came up with based on a phone conversation with uscis. I called them about 1 week before being approved concerned with the fact there are delays and I have a school aged child and asking wether they take that into consideration and the rep stated that everything is taken into account. and decided on a individual case basis. I think it makes sense ! i assume they dont want an immigrant child arriving after begining of school year jumping right into school

every petion is its own little mystery They process in order but some might take priority based on possible school age children as k-2 thats the only real reason I see that mine was approved so fast

VSC Has an Oct 15 date as of March 31st

And CSC is within the 5 month range

by the end of the month they will both be on track

Thank god I was approved today before seeing the new times for VSC

How did you get her letter of intent so fast? Did you already have it with your fiancée's original signature waiting for the RFE?

No I had her write it up and go to A hotel in havana Bribe the clerk to Scan and email me letter right away So no it was not original but the letter was there.
