My Biometric was done on 8/3 can someone update it.

Received my NOA yesterday dated july 10th.

I read somewhere that some people sent pre-stamped return envlope.Do we need to send return envolope with our I751 packet so we can receive NOA to receive quicker.

How long does it take to receive the NOA1 recepit.Mine Green card expires on July 19. they received my I751 on july 10.

Don't worry it is just the notification that your file was sent to NBC.NBC process the files pretty quick then other centers so you should feel good about it. Mine was transferred to NBC wright away and it just took 45 days to get approved at NBC.

after that they won't sent it to your local office. The approved file will be sent directly to NVC.

Just to be in safe side when you try to submit I 864 work on few things.you said you wife didn't had good income in 2012 wright. include the pay stuff for 2013. latter from the employer showing her new salary.if you can try to put as much as you can for bank balance.i don't know if you work in india or not but you can also show your earning too. if you have any assets back in india which you can cash you can show that too.take your time and make a strong documents. don't hurry yourself.

Also, i read that you don't want your parents to be sponsor. that's fine . sponsor doesn't have to be parents. it can be any close relative or friends.

Yes! If you want them to stay together, which you do, send the packages together in the same envelope to the USCIS.
