Not exactly sure on K1 visa category process, but still i guess it may be like that.
Once your NOA-2 is approved, USCIS will transfer your Case to NVC National Visa Center.
You will receive a CHOICE OF AGENT FORM WITH $88 AOS FEE INSTRUCTIONS within next 20-25 days from NVC.
Then you have to pay $88 and the Principal Applicant (Beneficiary) will have to sign and fill Choice of agent form DS-3032 or you Petitioner can also s...

Oh Thank you! Well, my wife is going to pay that fee by tomorrow.
)Actually, as i told u before i couldnt add my timeline that i really wanted to and that is really annoying me.
My overall process started from July 25, 2012 I-130 filing dare right upto June 18, 2013 Interview date. Got 221-g for weak sponsor so had submitted new joint sponsor on 2 July to Ahmedabad VFS and got Visa in hand today itself 11 July, 2013.

Yay! Medical exam has been completed at Apollo international ltd Hospital, A'bad on 3rd June and have got the report handy at the same day eve. Although it was quite easy ,took almost 4 hours inside to complete the exam. Now waiting for June 18, for Visa interview going to get conducted at Mumbai Consulate, India. Super excited ;-);-);-);-)

Bro i can understand ur situation as i have already gone through. See, rightnow ur case is being processed by CALIFORNIA service center as they have jurisdiction over NEVADA state. By looking at current processing time in flow chart given in USCiS website, CSC has just processed 03 September, 2011 petition. Would u tell me what is ur exact Priority date?
