      No word yet, but there are still a few hours left in the day. :) I made my (almost) daily phone call to a tier 2 rep to check the status and was told the same thing "your case is WITH an adjuticating officer". I wish I knew the definition of "with" so I can have peace of mind that our application is physcially there.

      Congrats on your NOA2 approval @JustBreathe! We are ready to feel the elation of those magical words.

    I just read your letter to your Texas Congressman and got chill bumps because we are in similar situations. I too, am an educated, law abiding, productive citizen with a fiance from Australia who is, as well. I have written to Senator Cornyn, my US Congressman, and even the President. Our frequent flyer miles have been racking up over the past seven+ months and we have spent tens of thousands of dollars traveling to meet each other at least once a month. We are frustrated as feel left out...

      LOL! You might be on to something as far as a conspiracy theory. You're lucky. My fiance' is not able to travel here on the VWP and they denied a B2 Tourist Visa because we have a K1 in progress.

      Ran out of space on my post. LOL It is painful seeing CSC approving February filers as VSC appears to be slowing down. Positive thoughts and prayers that we both receive our NOA2 today.

    Day 202. We never imagined it would take this long for a NOA2. Keeping the faith and trusting some uscis agent kicks it into high gear and processes the entire stack of apps on her desk today. *sending positive vibes*

      Thanks for the info. I wish we could see that but since uscis never entered our case in the automated system, we are in the dark. Trust me, I speak with a tier 2 officer regularly because of this system glitch. But they are always so evasive and scripted with answers. Best wishes!

    Called USCIS today and now the USCIS website FINALLY recognizes my case and I can check the status! :D
