Just received notice of card production. As of 7-31-15. I would like to thank everyone for the help over the past few years. 1 more year to citizenship. Any idea how many days it takes to get the card....I'm leaving the country on vacation this Friday.

This is crazy that none of us late March filers in CSC got biometrics yet... it's going to be 2 months soon...
I got lucky some how. They didn't receive my packet until April 13th. I can only assume it has something to do with the local office. My local office is about 30 mins away and it's pretty big.

CSC seems to be real slow with giving out biometric dates!!
I just noticed that. Sucks that it was transferred to that location.
But.....Im just happy it was transfered safely.

Interesting story. I printed the package out and wrote down the service center address in December. So come to find out they changed the service center for Florida residents sometime in those 3 months. Looks like my package was redirected to the California service center. Received my NOA with receipt date of 04/13/2015
Note to others to double check mailing address right before you send the package.

I appreciate the help guys. It will be a business that employees me directly (no additional employees). I will be providing consulting services in my profession.
I have no reason to avoid making her a member of the LLC. Especially if this can be submitted as additional evidence to USCIS.
In regard to tax I can leave all revenue inside of the business so it does not effect our personal taxes. Hopefully one day this grows to a point I can become independant but I will be keeping my 40 hr a week job. This will allow me to make some money outside of my current employer.
The big questions were answered for me. Yes I can have a company. Yes this can be considered evidence for removal of conditions.
Would this be considered substantial evidence ? Such as mutual property, loans, bank accounts etc.

I have a few questions about starting a LLC business while under 2 year conditional
1. Can I have a LLC business ?
2. Should I start the business under both my name and my wifes name?
3. Would this be considered evidence towards the removal of conditions?
If anyone has any experience or concerns about this please let me know.

Green Card in hand just over 4.5 months. Not bad at all. Already completed the paperwork for I-751. Now it's time to build a collection of evidence and crack open a cold one

I figured the interview went well. The IO was very stern but nice.
I'm concerned on how long this could delay the case

Had my interview and was not approved on the spot. Was told a few things need to be looked at but if everything checks out I should receive my 2 year conditional.
Anyone else have experience on how long this could take?

I really brought a lot of paperwork (everything submitted + originals and new stuff since) for no reasons, but nevertheless have to be prepared.
He just took right away my I-94 / TN-1 status paper and on the I-485 checked when I last entered USA and that was it for the TN status.
Been worried in the beginning of applying for AOS 6 months ago about that whole intent subject, but we laughed so much that I pretty much didn't have to say anything other than our love story
That was my major concern also. Glad to hear it went well. I hope to share good news next week

Got APPROVED today. What a great feeling. Thanks to all VJ members, you have been my no. 1 source for all my immigration questions!
I brought lots of bona-fide wedding documentation to be safe, along with the copies and originals of what I submitted already (as stated in the notice).
There was no wait, the officer greeted us 5 min BEFORE our scheduled time! And I’m quite a joker myself but prepared myself to be stoic, but it was needed since the officer made jokes all the way from greeting us until the time we left!! I didn’t expect that!
Before we sat down he almost said we were approved! I did not have to show ANY of the documents that I brought, just went over all the ones I had submitted, and within 15 min we were approved after sharing how we met each other.
The rest of the interview was to make sure the card was sent to production (he showed his screen confirming that), getting the I-551 stamp in my passport since travelling out of country soon.
We spent the last 10 min about next steps of naturalization in 3 years time, with the interview questions to expect.
I couldn’t have asked for an easier interview and what a great officer I got! Wish you all have that same blessing
Glad everything went well JGD108. I have my interview next week. Starting to get a bit nervous but I know that I have all my paperwork in place. Did they question you about your TN status at all?

Interview notice was received in the mail last Saturday. It took approx. 60 days to get the interview notice from the time my I485 was moved to scheduling. My local office processing time is still greater then 6 months on the website. Maybe this will give some hope to others that are waiting.

Just received an update last night. Interview scheduled for June 26th
This is great news because I figured I would be waiting until August.

Card received on Friday
Notice the next day saying the card has been delivered.
I also recieved mail regarding my service request at the local office. It stated your interview date will be scheduled soon.

I received the tracking information in a 3rd email notification tonight. Delivery in 2 days

I will let you know if my ead status jumps back to post decision. So far everything has stayed at card production.

in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion

Anyone else waiting on their card. It's been 18 days and my status still says card ordered.
By the way I travelled out of the country with my approval letter and the 1 year extension without a hitch.
At first the CPB officer thought it said I was under removal conditions. LOL
I told him to read the whole letter smh
