I have been using the Case Tracker app and it showed an update of New Card Is Being Produced and dated Feb 3. I have not received any other notifications of changed status. So I guess we’ll see if the card shows up soon.

The numbers above don't need major explanation. Huge jump on DACA workload. Huge decrease on I-751s approved per quarter.
i may be thinking about this wrong, but how does USCIS approve more DACA than receive in a quarter?

This isn't much of an update as I'm sure everyone is aware, however my wife spoke with someone at USCIS this morning (11am CST) and they told her CSC is still working on cases from June 2016. Just wanted to pass it along.

Update: My wife landed at IAH at 650 am. She passed through immigration/customs with GC and EL without issues. By 740 am we were leaving the airport.

My wife and I traveled to Peru in December 2016 and she carried her GC with extension letter. We didn't have any issues returning into the country. Tomorrow morning (3/3) she'll be returning from Peru by herself, also carrying GC and EL, under the new administration. I'll post an update how that goes.

hi,I have sent my i-751 package on last Tuesday 9/6/16 through UPS priority mail, how long it take to receive by Vermont Center?. Feb AOS filers with PIW letter Jun 5, and today (Dec 8) we received the GC. I truly hope for those still waiting that good news will arrive quickly. Happy holidays to everyone!

Hello all! I was asked to post an update on this thread so here goes, we are Feb AOS filers and received the PIW sometime in June, and on Dec 2 we received texts that the Welcome Notice and GC are being mailed to us! Hope this brings some amount of relief to those still waiting and congrats to all for being together with their loved ones, especially during the holiday season!

We filed Feb 11, received a waiver letter in June, and yesterday (Dec 2) received notifications that our Welcome Notice and card is being mailed to us. I would say you guys are probably on track to receive it "on time". Hope this helps!

We are in a similar situation since I did not start work until May 2013, because I was in school the previous years. That means I had no tax returns except for 2013. I wouldn't worry though, if the reviewing officials need something else they will send us a RFE.

My wife had an SSN from a previous trip to the US, so we asked for a replacement when she got here. Since she came in on the K-1 the SSN card has the valid for work DHS, whatever it says, printed on it. From what I understand, because they come in on the K-1, they still have to apply for the EAD no matter what.

I was in a similar situation, I graduated in May and started a new job in May also. My fiance's interview was in October and for the I-134 I only brought A & B of the supporting documents and the consular never even asked about it and approved us without any issue.

My fiance went to the same doctor for her medical and she had to get 3 vaccinations and she paid around 300 soles for all 3. I wish you guys good luck the rest of the way!

Hello VJ!
My fiance will be entering the country on 29th of December in Houston, TX and I'm wondering if there are any forms she needs to bring other than what the embassy has given her in the envelope? I just keep hearing of horror stories at POE's during interviews where the beneficiary's are asked to provide documents besides the ones in the envelope, and this causing long and drawn out POE interviews. Thank you for any info you may have for me VJ!

I was able to track our petition package on the DHL website when the NVC said they sent it out. I think it just arrive at the Embassy in Lima, Peru today!
Our NOA2 was September 30th. I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can see the interview statistics or interviews available of an Embassy so I can guestimate when my fiance will be setting up an interview appointment? Or if anyone knows generally how long the interview is from the NOA2?
I'm hoping it's January so I can have new vacation time from my job and I can go with him, but our approval expires January 29.

I don't know what the norm is, but ours took a while. We had a NOA2 of July 18th and the embassy didn't receive our case until Sept 9th. I doubt it'll take that long for yours. Check the CEAC website at https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx? for your case status and when it says ready you can call, actually emailing the embassy is easier I think, and find out your interview date.

Has anyone's fiance from Peru gone through the sputum test? My fiance is having to do it next week and I'm curious if your interview was postponed and how long everything took. Thank you for any info you may have for me.

Your file is delivered electronically and also via hard copy which is going in a diplomatic pouch. until they also receive the hard copy they won't be able to do anything even though CEAC website says ready. I would wait a few more days
