Hi everyone, I am CR1 with expedite case with the NVC our case status at CEAC right now was in transit I just want to ask how many days it will be delivered to the US Embassy Manila for our papers? Anyone knows? Thanks in advance

Just got a question here, What if your case is being expedite and the USCIS approved the application will it still be undergo thru NVC and does it takes 2 months or more at NVC even it is already expedite? TIA. CR1 here

I just want to ask if CR 1 visa application will be affected if I got denied with my Tourist Visa last year?

I saw a post that he called USCIS try to ask how can he get her wife quickly or an he apply for tourist visa and the USCIS answered "you CAN apply for her tourist visa HOWEVER and this is the most important part...........IF her tourist visa is denied (99% will be) her K3 or ever CR-1 visa will be automatically denied as well." Is this really true I am worried. Please help me

Our I 130 got denied the letter state lack of evidence and explanation about our submitted documents we are given 30 day to appeal for our case. We contacted an Immigration lawyer he told us to re apply and not to appeal. It will took a year for them to have a decision if we appeal. He suggest we will re apply and submit the desired documents and evidence. Question whom we will follow the Lawyer that we have re apply or the USCIS to appeal? Anyone done with same situation? thank you for the response.

I have my passport before we got married I am just confuse if do I need to change my passport name from maiden to married name? Good for you received their response for us we already sent our RFE reply to Baltimore local office last Feb. 27th until now we did not receive confirmation that they have our RFE reply. My husband called them they answered to wait because they are waiting for the local office of Baltimore to send our RFE reply.

I don't remember receiving confirmation letter that they received my RFE response, but after 5 days of submitting the correction my application was approved. I suggest you call and ask the status of your case.

My husband called the USCIS this morning they said that They don't have any other information. They said up to 60 days from when they get the RFE in Baltimore, that was February 27th. Hoping that we will get our NOA2 soon it's so hard being apart.

Hello everyone after we send the RFE reply what's next? Any idea??? I will appreciate much if you will answer me. How long does they respond or confirm that they received the RFE reply??? We sent it 32 days ago still no confirmation. GOD bless us all

About 21days to a month on average. i.e. if you responded to the RFE adequately.

Hi everyone, does anybody know ,what is the reason why i cannot see anything changed on my case status. Checking it, as i received RFE on february,and sent it back on march 9. I did not find nay change on the timeline, when tried to see, if they every posted that they sent my RFE. is it only my case does not show anything?

And if anybody have clues, when to expect to hear anything from Vermont center, in regards to my RFE. It has been two weeks now, and i am lost .

There are plenty of topics already open on this subject, I suggest you look into those threads.

Processing times VARY and are not the same for any two people. The time frame can be anywhere from 5-8 months give or take a month or 2.

According to your timeline, it says: "Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between July 3, 2014 and July 10, 2014*."

I am unsure why your timeline says that because you say you filed your I-130 on 11/05/2012 and received your NOA1 on 11/09/2013 which is apparently wrong. Correct your timeline to get a better estimate.
