You pay the banco popular fee two weeks or so before your interview. You have to take your intervew letter to the bank and its $15 dollars.

When you are at the counter to pay the domex fee you can ask them that you would prefer to pick it up they will tell you the nearest location. To your address

Ours was ready in 2days we picked it up in Santiago

My case completed April 8 I received my interview date may 1 for June 24. After case completes its about a month or so for your interview date

Yes he needs to go get his passport like now he will need to provide a copy of it for the DS for during the NVC Process as well as for the interview he will need it.
