My father in law would like to apply for a travel document to be able to go back to his home country. His mother is 80 years old she had a stroke and is paralyzed. She might die anytime.  It is that true that he can not got back to his home country if he has a refugee status?

They told my fiancee that the x-ray showed something on her lungs, and she needs to wait 8 weeks to complete some kind of test.

Has anyone been in situation that already has that interview date with the consulate and have the bad news from medical examination. and they have to take extra tests?

Employer hired me as temporary in order to not pay benefits. At one job I am working since 2006, a the other one for one year. And for the part time permanent one since 2002 .

I have 3 part time job two of them are considered temporary. Last year may income was 21,650 and I am single no dependents is that enough for K-1 visa? Also, If the job are temporary could be a problem? For K-1 visa should I feel out I-134 or I-864? Could I use the check stubs and the last year tax return as evidence of income or i need employment evidence letter from all 3 jobs?

I send my fiancee for the interview 3 months bank statements, 5 months check subs showing about $2500 per month, 2012 tax return showing $21,650 and I 134 from with notarial stamp, but i did not send the employment letter, could that be a problem ?
