  1. Hi!

We got married then we applied for adjustment of status. We just relazied after we sent it that we didnt attach an Income Tax Return(1040EZ) just the W-2.
We just got a RFE last week that says: "Submit a complete Federal Income Tax Return submitted to the Internal Revenue Servic from the petitioner on Form I-864 ,Affidavit of Support, for the most recent tax year."

Should we fill out the I-864 form again and attach the form 1040EZ and W-2 again? or what should we do? My wife currently works since the last 1,5 years and it doesnt show on the 2012 tax paper that she qualifield for the proverity guidline since she started work in October 2012. Does it change anything?

    Thanks for your answers

  2. Hi everyone,

Im on the K1 visa. We got married last week and im doing now the adjustment of status paperwork. I have some questions for you guys.

Does my wife (u.s. citizen) have to put her new last name for any paperwork or her maiden name is good? She has not legally changed her name yet.

Also, since i had my medical exam 4months ago, i shouldnt have to do that again but how do i prove that? Is it enough to go to the civil surgon and get my

    vaccination authentic?

    Thank you for your answers!

  3. Hi Everyone.

I moved to a new place a few days ago but we couldn't find where we can change the address. Is this really important? My fiance sent back the DS-230 to his embassy and the permanent address he wrote on the paperwork was the new address and not the address we had been previously writing. Could we have any trouble for that or what should we do then?

Note: The visa has been approved and the paperwork is now at the U.S. Embassy and we are waiting for an interview date (if this makes any difference).

    Thanks for your answers!

  4. Hi everyone,

I had a question about the affidavit of support. I started my current job at the end of 2012 and only made around $8,000. When my fiance brings a copy of my W2 to the interview at the embassy, is this going to be a problem? I have a letter from my boss stating when I started work, how much I make annually, and that my position is permanent. If this isn't okay, is there another option? I am not looking to have a co-sponsor for this so that wouldn't be an option.

Thanks in advance for any answers or advice! :)
