Hi,

My interview has finally come through for the 22nd of this month. I am hoping to fly into California on the 3rd of August. My fiancé wants to go and visit his family who live in Tennessee for 2 weeks straight after I get there. I was wondering would I be allowed to do this? Or do I need to get paperwork done first before I am allowed to board a plane and travel to another part of the country?

I just want to be sure im allowed before we look at booking flights.

Hi, im sorry for asking these questions, im sure they have been asked before, but I have been looking through the forums and cant find answers and some answers were from a while ago so I was wondering if anyone could give up to date answers cause I know some things change.

Right Ive read that it is only part 1 (upto question 35) you fill in and send in on all of the websites. But I've also read on here in the london forum that recently they have been asking for part 2 in the London Embassy. So my question is.... Should I fill in part 1 and 2 (upto question 44) and send them in (apart from the bit that I need to sign when im there). Then at least it is all done, and if i dont need it then they can ignore that?? Or just send in 1 (upto question 35), and take in part 2 complete with me on the day so that if they need it I can just pull it out??

So do we just type in EXP 23 MAY 2013A then change the dates so that they cover the last few days. Then select the country it will be sent to so in my case United Kingdom?

Hello,

Does anyone know roughly how long the NVC are taking to process and send our packets out to London? And how many days it takes for the packt to get to London once it has been shipped? Ive read on here sometimes it take them 2 weeks to send them but I was wondering if anyone has a more up to date idea.

Im just trying to figure out what dates to book my medical for.

Hello. I was wondering fi you could help me.

My case is with the NVC at the moment. I have my new LDN case number, and i have all of my vaccination records and the police certificates. I was wondering, do I have to wait for my case to get to London before I can book the medical or can I go ahead and do that now. If this means I can speed the process up by one day that would be great.

Question 14. Do you have have any specialised skills or training, including firearms, explosives, nuclear, biological or chemical experience?

I am a Paramedic, and so had specialised training for this job. But does this relate to this question? Would I answer Medically Trained, or leave it blank. Are they only looking for training in the things listed in the questions?

I will copy and paste in the exact wording when I'm back at my computer. But with our application I sent in aeroplane tickets to prove I went out to visit him and when he came here. A letter from my father that mike did come over and stayed with me for 4 months. I sent in screenshots of our facebooks to show messages, pictures of us both. And receipts of hotel rooms we stayed in. Day trips we both went on and receipts of this I bought him for his birthday and other celebrations.

We have been asked to provide more evidence that we are a couple. I sent in what I thought they had asked for and what would be enough. Has anyone got any suggestions for things we can send in? Also does this now mean that we will be out to the back of the list again?!? We got out NAO1 for CSC in September, and now to get this is a real kick in the teeth
