Rick if you go to globes site and register it you can select for her to have a california number, and you can also have it auto renew. the website to register for globes plan directly is duointernational.globe.com.ph the price is the same $25 per month.

I submitted an original signed copy of I-134 with the I-129f packet. Does my fiance still need an original signed copy, or will a scanned copy be ok?

I find this so sad and disturbing and I think they are right, it's better to talk to her now and find out the truth than be sorry later on. I can feel how hurt you are, but you know if it doesn't work with her, then maybe you two are not meant to be together.

Just received email from USCIS, On August 16, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of state for visa processing.

Guessing that means we're approved, and soon will have the case # and interview. Hopefully we will be together again soon.

Yes it was in Vermont.

Been reading other threads from people who received the same message, it seems like they all received approval a couple of weeks later, so fingers crossed. Thankyou everyone for all the input, you all helped me not to worry as much.

At first I was happy to see something happening, then i got worried about the processing time thanks for the info.

Sent i129 packet in the middle of march from NYC

Hello everyone, I just received an email from USCIS that says<br><br>On March 19, 2013, your alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please check our website at u s cis. gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance. Does anyone know if this is good news? Does it mean my case is moving forward? Thanks.

Hello everyone

Someone told me that I can't file for a K-1 fiancée visa because my fiancée and I entered the relationship before my divorce was final, I thought it only had to be final before I file the petition. Does anyone know if this info is correct? My divorce was finalized on January 29 2013, was hoping to send out the petition today. Thanks
