What is considered legal status .. he came here legally yea he had to go thru u.s customs does that considered legal??

Wow nope he not married they was working with a lawyer but the lawyer died about 3 years so everything i guess was still going too lawyer ... he entered the u.s legally ... but wow 8 years wait  will the new immigration law affect it

Oh no 😩😩 the last thing that was seen was that your petition was approved in 2000 but never followed up with it .. does anyone know how long it will take if the mom refiles the son is in late 40s and can they also file for the i485 the sams time?? Thank u in advance

Ye its 2 diff uncles one is goin to canada and the other wife is filing for him to go to America they been married for 2 yrs

Now that my uncle got his visa appointment what do he have to bring with him for the interview he gettin the 10 yr greencard

He been filing from feb of 2013 the last time sent the nvc paper work was in October of last yr

My uncle recently got a email stating that he was approved for nvc affidavit of support ..how long do they usually take to send for visa interview for ir1 category
