Would you know how long it took to get to American Embassy in SG?

Hi. I paid my CENOMAR via my fiance's credit card. However, I was unable to open an account with FEDEX because of their requirements. How did they send your CENOMAR?

I need to ask another question. Can you please tell me where you paid for your CENOMAR? I can't pay it online and so I want to pay it by the bank. Did you go to BDO? where? or did you pay at any DBS branch?

Thanks for the reply. I haven't sent my DS230 p1 yet because it says at the end of the instructions that send with the signed checklist. I don't have all the docs but I've done medical, police, nbi. I'm waiting for CENOMAR. should I pay the visa now and send the signed last page (checklist)? You said it takes a month. that's too long for them to send back packet 4.
