Called USCIS today and spoke with an ISO. Asked if I could file a service request seeing as we are coming up on the six month mark. She said at this time it would be useless as the service center we are considered under is processing September 12th cases and ours was recieved on the 17th. So she said very soon. Please God dont just let this person be blowing smoke up my bum.

Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between February 11, 2013 and March 8, 2013*. ..... welll guys as of today my timeline has passed but i did call uscis and they told me i can call back on the 24th for a service request, lets just hope i get approved before that

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend (except those guys working at USCIS, they should work on weekends too ) In five days, it will be six months since our NOA1 for i130 was received and still no sign of NOA2. Anyone from September got approved recently?
