    Tourist visa interview tomorrow at the Embassy... With i130 pending... That is going to be an interesting experience...

      did u get tourist visa? I tried too but i was refused, cos consule said i didnt have rights to apply for a non immigrant visa while i am waiting for an immigrant one

      That is not true, you have the right to apply, but they usually deny it. In my case I was lucky and I got the visa :)

    5 months 3 weeks 3 days... Well, now every single day just feels longer and longer... Depression is like a war. You either win or you die trying...

    Hope everyone is having a nice weekend (except those guys working at USCIS, they should work on weekends too :)) In five days, it will be six months since our NOA1 for i130 was received and still no sign of NOA2. Anyone from September got approved recently?
