Please explain what you mean "Letter of Eligibility"? You and your UC fiance(e) know outright if you are eligible or free to marry... It is advisable to file for an i-129f asap following engagement since it is a long and tedious process. As for NOA2, mine took 6mos and 2weeks from NOA1 but it varies depending on specific locations. Mostly, between 3-10mos i suppose.

Try to contact a Congressman or Senator. July filers should have been done by now. Or the USCIS Ombudsman perhaps. You are definitely out of the normal processing times. Good luck to you!

Did you file for a change of address? If not, then you should call USCIS to verify your address and let them know that the change was not authorized.

October 22 filer here. Got our NOA2 today.

Happiest feeling after the long wait. Hopefully each one in the July-Oct hole get theirs soon.
