  1. hi guys,

i was married with my husband last october 2012 and i came to the US this january 2014 as a immigrant with conditional green card. my husband left early at 5 am all i thought he was going to work but then i found out he did not came to work neither called at work that he's not coming in. i called the police and filed a report for missing person. what if my husband won't return and did not know where to find him. how do i file my removing conditions on my green card without my husband to sign the application form? we are still married and in good faith. i hope you guys can help me. thank you in advance.

  2. Hi VJ's

Appreciate if you can help me on this.

My US Immigrant visa is printed in my old passport, which soon will be expired (meaning you cannot travel within 6months nearing the Passport Due Date)

now i have my new passport and next month i will be entering US as in Immigrant..

Will there be an issue for this?

    Your feedback is highly appreciated

    Thanks

  3. My husband has a B2 (tourist) visa valid until 2022. He lives in Brazil and we just filed the I-130. I live in the US. Would there be a problem for him to come visit me during this time? Will he be turned away at a point of entry because he's traveling on a tourist visa during the time we are going through this process of obtaining the IR-1?

Has anyone else gone through this?

No there will be no issue. He can visit US as long as he wants using his B1/B2 visa. once the IR-1 visa is released thats the time he cant use anymore the B1/B2 visa.

  5. Got the below letter this morning. Is this means my case is complete?

    Dear Sir or Madam:

The National Visa Center has received all documentation necessary to complete pre-processing

of your case. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner

and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment

until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of

    the interview

  6. Hello I was wondering if anyone know how to get a letter from nvc requesting a police verification? My case was received on June 24, 2013 and my wife is from kuwait. Kuwait requires that she gets a letter from nvc asking a police verification.

Wait a letter from NVC - A sort of Checklist stating that it requires police clearance from kuwait.

by the way letters now are sent via email.
