    Just a detail...ALL Cubans will ALWAYS be Cuban CITIZENS, and need a Cuban passport to enter/exit Cuba. The difference is in RESIDENCY...With the new laws, Cubans can still be residents after being out of the Cuba for less than two years, thus maintaining Cuban rights. We missed this "new boat", because we were early, but in reality my wife still has most of her Cuban rights.
