  1. We had our interview on Monday June 3. The some parts of the interview process went well other parts not so well. The meeting with the Filipino pre screener and the meeting with the consular went well. We were not asked for any evidence. We were asked how many times I visited my fiancée. When I answered 5 times including this interview they appeared to be very satisfied. My fiancée was annulled and the Filipino pre screener did ask her for her CENOMAR . Of course we gave her our Advisory of Marriage. Our set back was the embassy never received the medical results. The medical was completed May 7th . The consular advised us that we will get the visa as soon as the embassy got and reviewed the Medical results. This morning we received an email from the embassy that they now have the medical results. Our status in CEAC has been updated from Administrating Processing to Ready. Unfortunately we know of 4 other couples who interviewed on June 3 but had missing medical results. I pray they have been notified as we were that their medical results have been f

Your visa will reach you very soon..Congrat!!!

  2. Hi. My husband and I are waiting on our last step: the interview at the embassy. We know that he has to get a medical exam. Is it necessary for him/us to wait for official word from the gov't to say "Go get the medical now" or can we assume it's okay to go ahead and schedule it? Is there a certain form that MUST be used by the doctor that we're supposed to receive that is official? or print from the website? He's already scheduled it with an approved physician in Lisbon, Portugal.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

The Panal Pysicial will first like to see your appointment letter then they can do their job. After the test they will send the results to the embassy.your x-ray will be given to you at the day of interview but the result will still remain mistery to you, they will not show you.

  3. I recieved a notice that i have an interview in exactly 3 weeks. Late june.

My in-law is my joint sponsor because my wife's income doesn't meet the poverty level. Wife & i submitted her 2012 transcript, & our joint sponsor's 2011 transcript. We applied for AOS before the April 15th deadline for filing federal returns, so we used his 2011 transcript. I believe this was fine because here we are preping for an interview. My question is : do we have to bring a 2012 copy of my in-law's (joint sponsor) tax transcript to the interview ?. When we filled the I-864 we provided proof that he has made enough money for the last 3 years to cover us financially. Is it manditory to bring his 2012 transcript ? Does one face denial for not having this with t

The last transcript of joint sponsor is needed, very important. Is better to get all the copies of those papers you have already submited, incase anything is missing from their side they can verify from the copy U have with you.Carry every document with you to avoid delayance...good luck!!!
