I am filing for my parents (mom, dad) I am using my wife as a join sponsor do we have to filled out two separate I-864 form so in total there will be 4 separated I-864 for or there should only be 2 I-864 form?

I is there any CR1 visa holder got a 10 year green card recently, a friend of mine jus got his GC and he is a CR1 and he got a 10 year GC. is the 2 year condition no longer in effect? I so wish it not in effect no more!!!

I've been here (USA) 34days now and no greed card, is there a number i can call to check on the status? i thought i would have gotten it by the latest 3 weeks but thats clearing not the case. i'm currently on the job search and really need this card smh.

i when to a social security department today and apply for my first time card and luckily the person who dealt with me pointed out to me that my first and middle name is joined as one in the system, my question is where do i go or who do i call to have that corrected?

i have a cousin who is from Venezuela she is 25 years old now her parents took her here to (USA) when she was 7years old she stayed here until she was 21 years old, she went to school here and she worked here but she leave when she was 21 because her mom was ill and moving back to Venezuela and she had to go and take care of her mom. now she has a visitors visa to come to the US my question is are there any law or waiver or anything that she can apply for to get her stay here in America since she actually spend 14years growing up here. your advice will be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

i picked up my visa today , quick question should the invoice for the $165 be on the /ceac.state.gov website? i checked and its not there? and how soon will it take to be generated if that's where it should be?

1) is 3 months of phone records enough?? don't want a big pile of phone records stretching a years or so

2) i have a scrap book fr when we first met to where we are now. should i still bring single pics

3) i have post cards fr special occasions

4) no western union receipts never needed money, but now i'm on her bank account and i have a debit card , should i carry a bank statement??

5) all plane tickets for all trips made

6) any suggestions of other stuff i can carry??

in the initial stage when NVC got your case did u call and hand over your email address to them?

hey guys, i just call NVC and ask for an update on my case, a pleasant operator told me that my case has been completed and now awaiting to schedule an interview date with the consulate here in jamaica, my question is how long do ihave to wait for them to schedule the interview n contact us to inform us of the date schedule??
