Congrats to all who have been approved!
I'm getting a little worried myself because I haven't heard anything yet I'm not really sure either what to ask when I call to get any information. What do you guys think should I call or get an info pass?

You'll receive your biometrics appointment by mail.
On another note, I had my biometrics done today! Now we wait..

Hi all, we just mailed our packet today! Hope everything goes as smooth as the first time. oh and I sent it to the CSC.

Had our interview today and got approved! :)

I received several updates from USCIS when my EAD was in "Card Production." Then I received one saying "Post Decision Activity" and after that one I received another email stating that USPS had picked up mail containing my EAD. The tracking number only shows up when you check your case status - it won't show in the email. Hope that helps!

I'm going to take a copy of everything that I submitted just in case. I was told to bring originals and copies. I sent a scan of my certificate too so I don't think that's an issue.
From what I've read they don't stamp passports anymore..

Yup. I got the notifications for NOA1 both by email and text
Anyone correct me if I'm wrong but you receive the NOA1 when you sign up for text/email notification with the form g1145. If you want to keep receiving notifications you have to sign up @ the USCIS website put in your case number and you will continue receiving notifications.
You probably already knew that though..

Congrats!
Still nothing here
Got NOA1 (x3) last February 19. My AOS case is stuck on Acceptance, and both EAD and AP still show Initial Review....
I'm getting a bit anxious here....
Did you sign up for the email alerts using your case number?

Doing pretty good here.. we have our interview in 3 hours from now. I'll let you know how it will go.

I have a question for you guys.. For the interview do we really need to take a valid passport? I only have the one that my mom filed for me when I was 9 and it expired when I was 15. I've been trying to make an appointment but its super booked and I'm trying not to panic. I know most filers have been receiving their EAD after the green card so I don't know what to do.

I searched here and through Google and I was never really satisfied with what I found. I only have a valid Matricula and an expired passport from when i was 10 years old. So i asked my husband to ask the immigration firm that he internships at and they told him that they should accept it but she preferred that i use a passport.
When I went last week to do my biometrics they took my matricula and didn't have any problems.

I got my biometrics done today since my husband had the day off. It was an easy walk-in
Filed for N400...now separated/filing for divorce
in US Citizenship General Discussion
Posted
Hi all,
I filed for citizenship on October 2017, I have gotten my fingerprints done already but there has been no update to my case. My husband and I have separated and are now going to file for divorce. I know I should withdraw my petition.. that's not the question.
My question for y'all is, I'm about to have my five years as a legal resident in May of 2018. If I withdraw my petition, file for divorce, will it throw a red flag if I file for citizenship under the five year rule right away? Has anyone seen this situation come up here before?
The marriage was entered in good faith, we were together for 8 years overall and we have two children together. It's just one of those situations that no matter how much we tried.. we just couldn't make it work. Thank you all in advance.
