Just send a letter to NVC that your case has already transfered to F3 category and you need to add your wife and your children in your application.

give them all documents like passports and birth certificates of your wife and children also include marriage certificate.

Appeared for visa interview at Riyadh Embassy Saudi Arabia on 12th of April.

till 16th status was showing ready.

17th April it was updated with Administrative Processing.

B1/B2 visa is a short term stay tourist or business  visa which can be  max. of 180 days. Check your I-94. if you overstays there it means you want to jeopardize your original immigration case. There is a little chance that you can change it to student visa for longer stay. Changing visa status due to  Marriage is not option for you.

if you overstay your B1/B2 visa, it will give a big dent on your F3 application and it might be denied. Follow their laws and don't try to do any thing illegal. Only you can stay max. of 6 months and it should not be overstay even for single day.

They will send WL according to last name of applicant with application PD between 22 Aug 2005 - 30 Nov 2005.

Any last name starting with 'A' will get WL sooner then one whose last name starts with  'Z'.

Bad luck for those whose PD is 01 Dec 2005. You people just missed the target.

VB is moving 7 months in a year so do your maths to find out how many years it will take approximately.

In new budget, there is a reduction in department of state staff which will affect case processing over all.

Yes you need to cross all "T" and dot all "I",,scrutiny is place on everything,, but hurry and get it in the queue as you don't want a six month move to occur and yours is delayed.. multiple months movements happen before so i am just being optimistic lol

correction on passport done and letter for correction already sent to NVC , just waiting for correction of name on CEAC website. dot know how much time it will take. All documents ready including PCC from 3 countries, birth certificates for all family members, Updated passports,marriage certificate, what else.

Name of my younger child dont have last name in his passport, So his first name is 'FNU' and actual first name is shown as last name in payment nts.

I need to correct this first. So in process of this.

20 jan 2005 and interview was scheduled by nvc on 18th but I rescheduled it on 8th December , today ..
