  1. On the I-134 form it asks for my fiancees address and of course the house address and the city boxes are fine however where it asks for the state is the issue. I am trying to do this on the computer but of course it only allows 2 letters like CA for example. Should I just print it out the form and then write it in?

Also this is the question for the continued intent to marry affidavit.

My parents, my fiancee, and I met in Vancouver. We are planning on using this evidence that we met in Vancouver to show that we stil have an ongoing relationship. I want to note that this is for the embassy stage. However there are two issues. The immigration person in Canada did not stamp my passport. Also my parents in an attempt to protect their privacy, are hesitant about giving me or allowing me to make a full fledged color copy of their passport front page and their stamped page. Now we have other primary evidences like boarding passes, we do also have stamps of their passport pages that were stamped however there is nothing on the pages to confirm who they belong to, we also have all hotel receipts, then we have secondary evidence like pictures flight inteniary online confirmation. Are the passport stamp pictures something we can omit or is it something that would be recommended to have? Again I want to point out that this is going to be for the embassy stage.

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated thanks.

  2. Please do not act out of anything I say but consider what I have said. I do not know the details, it is your life and I cannot say do this or that. Just consider what I have said.

I am sorry to hear this kellyanne. One of the most important things in a marriage to do is to never use the words "divorce" or "seperation" you should never threaten your spouse that "you will leave or divorce if they do not do this..." if you want a long happy marriage. If he loved you so much and could not live without you then the thought of him divorcing you should be too scary for him to say. Unfortunately he is considering divorce which should never be an option or used as a catalyst for change in any relationship. It shows what he is thinking and where his heart is in regards to you. No one can really tell you what to do they can just point things out. The question is if he does leave you then comes back would you be willing to take him back. It seems no one can talk to him; he listens to no one. If he really loves you and cannot be without you then he will eventually change himself.

Love is what carries us through the hard times and the good times. I question if he does love you or not. You have to ask yourself do you love this man so much that you are willing to stay with him until you die even if you are unhappy? Do you love him so much to believe that if he leaves you he will eventually come back? You should have a happy life, but you committed to him you vowed to him and he vowed to you; promises should not be broken.

  3. I am happy that people are taking action however if we are to succeed we need to plan this out and think about how we will do achieve 100,000 signatures before we start

the petition. Please people post your ideas and try to organize. Those of us who are professionals at any of the below mentioned needs we kindly ask that you help and

contribute. Because we can either be selfish and just wait hoping for our wait to end, or we can stand up, we can let our voices shout out and be heard in Washington,

we can defend ourselves and our pursuit to happiness and our right to marry the person we love and live with them in our country, we can do this not just for ourselves

but for all of those who find their true love outside of America, and WE CAN FIGHT! Here some of my own suggestions. Please use this topic as a room to post your

suggestions I hope some of us professionals in some of the fields I will mention, who are going through the same ordeal would kindly contribute

-We need a written plan of action for this petition that we can hand to people and to fellow members. We start one

and then ask everybody to sign it in a month.

-Any company or organization doing an event or advertising for a show advertise or spread the word before

the actual date. What we need to do is to drum up the support of 100,000 signers then open the petition.

-We need to create a facebook group page for this "movement" and promote on facebook, and all other social media

-Even though we are not an organization we need a name for ourselves we need an identity. We need to all organize into one group

and give ourselves an identity to present to the general public. Maybe we go so far as assigning leaders.

If we do not have a cohesive name that we can present to people then the public will not pay us any heed.

-We need a website and we need a video and we need a logo. We need a mission statement. We need a slogan.

-We need media ie: pictures, videos etc... and we need to create a blog where couples can post what they feel like

and about how much harships they endure by waiting.

I hope this gets everyone thinking. In order to affect the government and to get action we need to organize and rebel against the unfair processing times the k-1 visa petitioners have to wait for.

I will open up a new topic for brainstorming on how we can achieve 100,000 signatures to bring the time back to 5 months for the I-129f fiancee visas. In the meantime here are some suggestions.

  6. We need to cut out all the acronyms. Normal people seeing this would not understand what you mean. They also do not understand I-129f applications how about using fiance visa, and United States Citizenship and Immigration services instead of USCIS. Just some thoughts.

We need to give people them a clear and definitive thing to protect or to champion, and then give them a clear and definitive enemy or Bad guy to fight against.

  7. Yes we pray. Yes we trust God. But we act!!! I will not sit and wait quietly for the injustice CSC gives towards us I-129F filers. There is several topics and resouces including template letters to the director and congress or senator that you can use there is also a comprehensive analysis giving by the visajourney member I & B that we can use when sending the director of CSC letters, contacting all the congressman and women in your area and state, and contacting media and news sources. God gave us tools to act and we should use them. We should not sit patiently and quietly and depend upon the good nature of CSC management or accept our unacceptable waiting times!

  8. I don't think the plumbing issues makes a difference. It is not like they take a sh*t anyways because they have their heads so far up their own @sses they have to eat their own ####### to survive.

But seriously we should all reach out to press agencies I would suggest conservative. It does not matter what side you are on but due to this in-depth analysis of this post I-129F Delay at the CSC: A Comprehensive Analysis of the Data it is obiously because of the daca's. A conservative group with their opinions against illegal immigration would be more likely to champion our cause because of this.
