  1. I was in the same situation as you before..I waited for almost 2mos just for my case to reached NVC. Now that you have your MNL#, just email ASAP your DS3032 using the email template on Saylin's 1st & 2nd posts here.. After I got my MNL# by phone, I recieved the email w/ my MNL# and IIN in 1-2 working days.. Good luck.. =)

our agency told me to juz wait for the NVC letter before we do anything. hope we recv the NVC letter in juz days. thanx.

  2. we got our MNL case # thru fon yesterday, i thought we gonna get an email from NVC today. my husband called the NVC today to ask bout our NVC confirmation letter & further instruction, they said to wait for 15-20 days. its been long time our papers stock in NVC, we waited for 2 months before we got our case over the phone. do we need to wait for the NVC email to us before we can do anything? thanx.

  3. I am in the same boat with an approval of march 29, 2013 and still nothing, i also recieved the same email the other day and all this waiting is getting very frustrating. I called USCIS twice in the last few days and they refused to transfer me to tier two. What is their problem lately and what is so difficult about sending a file out. I cant understand how some files are sent fron CSC within a few days and others go untouched for weeks or months. I just contacted my congressmans office today and i hope i get some news fairly quickly.

oh, i thought we're only the one experiencing with this kind of problem. good ours is in NVC now when my husband called yesterday. hoping for positive feedback in the next days.

  5. Wow, it took them 15 business days just to say they don't have the file and now they'll start looking for it!

I think I can expect to receive that email any day now, as I emailed them on the 25th.

Did you try to involve your congressional liaison to help find your case?

nop, we didnt try to involve congressional liason. i think we'l just try to call NVC until we have our case #.

    Woohoo, grats! kicking.gif

Have you contacted USCIS to see if the case has been sent out? Until it's been sent out, contacting NVC is a moot point.

Time to review posts 1 and 2...

my husband didnt contact USCIS yet. But he called NVC yesterday, they said they have our documents now but it will take 15 days again to be put in their system. Do we need to call them again today to juz wait for the 15 days?

  9. we got our NOA2 march 28, 2013, but until now we didnt hear anything from the NVC. my husband email the research division of NVC is

    "Dear Sir/Madam:

Please be advised that the National Visa Center (NVC) has received your
inquiry and the attached I-797 Notice of Action - Approval Notice.
Unfortunately, we do not have record of receiving your approved petition
from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. The NVC will contact
USCIS on your behalf for information on the location of this petition."

our approval in the USCIS just take like 45 days but in the NVC its almost 2 months now.
