i've been waiting for two and a half months and still have not been contacted by the embassy. I noticed though my status change from ready to administrative processing. Anyone else in a similiar situation?

my mother's was almost 6 weeks ago and still waiting,.......

Mine still hasnt changed. Interview was July 1st in Lima, Peru. It shows Ready and Updated August 5th

Have you got a letter or email from the nvc yet? Have you got an interview date?

My case was received by the NVC on Dec 19th, hopefully i get the case number this week also

Great I'll update once I receive the actual letter. I was wondering if I will also receive the yellow letter that some people have been mentioning.

I have the same question. My biometrics was done 3 weeks ago. Still no new update. It seems that some people get their interview a few days after their bio. I wonder if it depends on different lock box location or different cities/areas. I guess we have to be patient.

Mine was almost 3 weeks ago also. I know I am in line for interview scheduling but that is all I know. Hopefully we hear from them pretty soon!

Hi. What about if im applying under the 3 year rule? Does that mean i have a 3 year ban instead of a 5? I did also failed to register to selective service because by that time i was undocumented. Now im 30 years old and i am applying for naturalization. Thanks

I sent the N400 based on the 3 year marriage rule on January 7th to Dallas

Hello everyone I hope someone can help me in regards of this topic. I qualify for citizenship because I've been married for 3 years with an american citizen. Im now 30 years old and didnt register for selective service because at that time between 18-26 years old I was an undocumented alien. Can I still apply for citizenship or I have to wait until I am 31 years old to have that ban removed from not having registered? Can undocumented individuals qualify to register for selective service? I didnt do it previously because I was afraid something could have happened to me. Thanks!!

I checked on my case status also, and it appeared the same statement as yours "Your Current Case Status for Form CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED

Then Your Case Status On February 27, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283"

Does that mean we have been approved? If so, how long does it take for the card to be in the mail?

Hello everyone I'm new to the forums. I've filled on February 2012 to the Vermont's office , and got my 1 year extension on March 13th, 2012. It is about to expire so I made an appointment on info pass to get an extension. Does anyone know why is it taking this long, and does anyone else experiencing delays on their application? Thank you
