Hi. I submitted to NVC a birth certificate issued by the NSO but on the correspondent from NVC checklist of document receive it is mark as "U" which mean unavailable. I don't know why? Anybody have the same experience please reply.

Does NVC accept the email format of choice of agent. Not the form that they provided.?

Your only problem would be the certificate. I myself did not include my in the name list but hey approve it.

Jointly filed tax return for the previous year. My question are ;

1. Do my wife need to file I-864A even my income alone is enough

2. Can I attached my w2 to show that my income is enough

3. Which income should I put in the form, my income or the joint income?

Do we really need to attachéd photo copy of pay stub for 6 months?

Any reply will be appreciated.
