Hi, just wondering how my husband goes about putting my son and I on his tax this year, does he do it from the date that we entered the country or from the date we got married?

Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated thank you!!

I included all three of my children even tho only one came with me to the U.S

I live in michigan and had my Aos interview last month and it was in Detroit

Just wanted to let everyone know that we had our Aos interview today and were approved on the spot!! No hassle or drama just the list of questions from the application were asked as well as a few added ones I think. Was a very big relief to finally have it all done and over with!!! Well for the next 2 yrs at least lol

Maxbrenner mine has done that all day today as well....

Got the notifacation today that our interview is set for October 15th!!!! Now we just have to wait to see what they want us to take lol

Yay!!! My ead card is now in production!!! Only took 2 months. I think that's pretty fast

Finally!!! We received the emails last nite to say my sons and my i485 is ready for interview scheduling ... Still nothing on our ead status tho

No I didn't receive either email,or text and had requested that I do.... But I have been in contact with them on 2 separate occasions and they assured me I don't need it as I have already received my biometrics appointment and it has the receipt number for the Aos on it thank goodness lol I was really starting to worry about it

Hi all!!! Just wondering if I need the paper copy of my noa1 for my adjustment of status since I haven't received one as yet but I have received a biometrics appointment letter?

I sent mine and my sons Aos paperwork on the 23rd of June and they signed for it on the 24th, I only received the noa1 papers on the 19th of this month and received no text or email from them even after having filled out the form so have faith and don't worry yet!!! Good luck!!

I'm so stressed out about it lol up till this everything went right on time now they have me thinking I did something wrong!!!

I sent my Aos packet on the 06/23/14 and it arrived the next day and was signed for and I haven't heard anything from them.....should I be worried???
