I'm a july filler of 2013. & our case was complete on august 22nd. got an interview for Oct 30th,,! u will make it, just be patient. it's all worth it. usually cases are processed at NVC about 5-7 months.

I saw u added me as a friend , my CC is 25 Aug and my Interview is 7th October my husband filed for our CR1 on 9th of September 2013 , I am from KS too and my interview is in Skopje

I had my CASE # and INN on 23 May on 3rd June my DS 261 available and completed , a day after I found out i did a mistake i gone back and Edited the DS 261 and signed again , i wanna know what will this effect on my process, also on 4 June my AOS fee available yesterday was we done payment was in process now shows it PAID.

Hello guys I have a quick quastion , I am a September filer i got my case number on 23 May ( last Friday ) , today I goit my INN and I cant sign in my quastion is why ?!

Also I called NVC and wanted to give my emails and they said we cant accpet your emails right now becuase your case just got in to the system please advice !!!!!!

I been Approved on 10 April my case was shipped to NVC from Nebraska on 17 th April , on 29 April they got my case since then I dident call em again . reason that i dident is that most of other petitioners wating are for 20 to 23 working says for Case Number , whats the diffrence of calling everyday and not calling for three weeks till u think is near 30 days ?!

My status just changed to this they got the Evidence pray for me my friends to have an approval at least next week ;(

CSC received our RFE reply yesterday 04/01/2013.

Thanks. I just did express mail so I got a tracking number but it got received the next day and signed for. I got an email from USCIS yesterday saying:

Your Case Status: Request for Evidence Response Review

On March 31, 2014, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location.

So hopefully the approval will come quickly! I didn't even respond to my RFE for i-129f (k3). It was the same exact thing and hubby and I decided to just ignore it. Going to try to close that petition this week, no point in pursuing. Just want the i130 to get processed as quickly as possible. I can keep my baby in my belly till July but no longer! So I need my hubby here!

we got RFE too on 24March yesterday we send with mail

overnight what they asked for . why took u 20 days i was looking at ur timeline?!

We didn't get ours notarized either, but one of our fellow Sept sisters got a ridiculous laundry list of an RFE and the family/friend statements have to be notarized.

I have no idea what mu hubby will do . I was surfing in google all poeple did in this case was translated document in its entirety and attach with it a copy of marriage certificate also a signed and stamed that the translaton was done by a certified person and that it !! I guess so .

#2 USCIS is so weird about what has to be official and what can be done by anyone. Notarized statements from family members about the validity of a marriage but anyone can translate a document.

Is it stamped and signed and/or sealed?

Each document that he send was signed also stamped each stamp has apostil from state .

Every document was in 3 languages ( for each Kosovar is like that ) Albanian , Serbian and English .

I am sure they dident even bothered to look at it .

That is total BS on USCIS part. The officer looking at your file clearly didn't even bother to read it.

It looks like you're going to have to submit the certificate in English only if possible.

Forgive me if you've already stated this, but when you mailed in the I-130 was the marriage certificate in English? Or did it have all three languages on it?

I have no clue why they'd send an RFE if it's in English, but maybe they want a certified English only copy? I wish I could be more help to you :/

In my country every certificate like marrige even a Id and Passport are in 3 Languages as I said before .

And requst says like this :

You submitted a foreign language document that appears to be a marriage certificate.You must submitt a full English translation of that document.this must be a complete translation of the original document in its etirety.Extract or summary translation of the orginal are not acceptable.

The translatornmust certify that the translation is complete and accurate, and that he or she is comptent to translate from the foreign language to Englsih .

When they issue the certificate is it always in 3 languages or is each language on it's own sheet? Did you get married in the US or another country?

Can you just request the certificate in English only?

Mine is in Albanian , English and Serbian.

on 27 March I got a RFE we got mail today I coudent belive it !! they request to submitt Marriage Certificate a full English translation . Our state issues Marriage Certicifates in 3 Languages including english . I need a little help here do I have to Translate here in my counry wich I am benificary or my hubby can do it in FL and send ?!

I don't know about NSC but e.g. at CSC there's no difference between initial evidence and additional evidence RFEs... So it might be as well the former one what they really want. I hope it's something easy to obtain. Keep us posted!

Oh thanks god , I was shaking when my hubby said check status cuz we got it updated I was so wating for an APPROVAL but it was not I have Additional Request wich is diffrent from Intial Request , I googled and its usualy when they need more Evidence like Pictures , that we met person cuz qe dident include anything accpet papers documents.

Right after it people got Approved and when is Intial Requset normally says is some Documents from List are missing they might lost or I dont know .

Anyway till end of week we will know exact what is .

Yesterday 24 March, we will receive RFE from TSC hopefully before Friday we will find out what they want from us. Admin, pls update me on our spreadsheet so that others will follow up and know how things is going so far.... Am congratulating all approvals so far. I pray real soon the journey will be over. I got it too on 24 March one month after I got transfered to Nebraska , but can u tell me do u have it Initial reuqest of Additional Request I heard is not the same .

Our status got Updated and can u imagen ee got RFE . Does anyone know how long it takes or mail ?!
