Rooshi,when was your biometric? Mine was Jan 5,still no progress. Im December filler.

My EAD status just changed to card in production.. anyone status changed to this?

I am being patient just wondering why. I guess all i can do is to wait coz as they have sad its case to case basis. Oh well,no hurry. Thank you anywayscfor your info.

I just got an update today stating mine has been mailed to me.
It took 80 days for approval.
Check my timeline below.
A month is nothing, just be patient.

As for the update thing, you won't see anything new until approval or production. Mine went from case received on all three, to only my green card case changing to biometric fee received which it still says now, and the other two to approved and production and finally my EAD says mailed today.

What is your case service center? mine is MO. I was thinking the same thing too that if they updated it right after the biometric is done.

i dont heard anything on mine too. uscis received my aos/ap/ead application last nov.21 2014 and get done w my biometric last dec 19,2014 ... but untill now every time i check my case it say the same thing " that they received my application and recieved the biomtric fee etc last nov 21,2014 ,,,, wondering if uscis update it online if we get done w biometric??? is there anyone same case w us? thanks but im hoping we would heard something soon

Your EAD/AP card will arrive about 90 days from when you filed, so about late February based on your NOA1

Im not being into rush or impatient but cant help it. It is about my combo card. I had my bio last month Jan 5 and i havent hear them since. I dont check my status every now and then because it makes me frustrated . Some of my friends had their bio later than mine got approval of their cases recently. So,im a little bit sad why there is no progress of my case. My NOA1 is Dec 15. Anyone has the situation like mine? God bless this group.

I've done that situation too. My bf sent only the form with the pay check last january this year and waiting for 7 months of nothing till a letter came from uscis which is the notice of intent to deny. After reading all the guides here,we hurried gathered all our missing documents that uscis needed. A week before deadline we sent the package and a few days later we got approved. Im waiting for my case number at this moment. Hoping it will come soon. So,urs it will be just fine soon. God is soooo good. Keep us posted when it is approve Goodluck

I recommend u to use Fedex,very fast and reliable. You can track ur package when it is on the way. I used that and took just 3 days Goodluck

We have same situation. We have been waiting 7 months and my fiance (the petitioner) got a letter which is the letter of intent to deny. By the way when did u get ur letter? Ours was August 28. We are gathering all the documents we need and send it by next week. I hope everything will be good soon.

Yes,my fiance got the receipt last Jan.2013 just this year. We never got denied ever since,coz this is our first time to file for the k-1 visa.By the way,how long it will take to get the filled form with a letter that was denied as u have said. Yeah,only the i-129f and the pay,nothing else. Thank u for ur advice,i really appreciated it..

Against my better judgment, and having been pushed by my mother and my fiance's aunt(who is a lawyer but not an immigration lawyer), I only sent in the actual I-129f form, nothing else. Does this mean it will automatically be turned down after 5 months or will I be sent an RFE? I've received the NOA1 in December.

My fiance filled the form with pay and mailed it on Nov.2012 and he got the receipt last Jan 2013,.He just sent the filled form and pay,nothing else,without any of our documents. What did u do about it? I am getting worried,coz i have read this kind of problem here and just knew that it will be deny and it takes a long time to refile again.

That's OK, like I said I feel foolish now. The thing is, I downloaded the I-129F instructions, and also the Fiance help pdf. None of them say I need to submit evidence of anything with the I-129F form. I knew more would be required eventually, after the I-129F is approved and when going for the interview, but I did not know I needed to submit a whole packet with the initial form. I was just in the Philippines in May, and also last year, so I have met her 2 times in the last 2 years. I can easily prove everything. I mostly used Xoom to send her money, but they for some reason closed my account, so for a while I used Western Union, but I was eventually able to create a new account with Xoom and have mostly been using them for the last year.

We have the same problem Mike. My fiance filled the form and mailed it with the pay on Nov,2012 and he said he got the receipt last Jan 2013,we didnt attache any files or documents from us. Now,i am reading to ur prob,it seems like it we have the same problem ..

You have to be more specific. Did he file the G-325, send proof of you two meeting? What about letters of intent etc.

He didnt asked about our photos,emails,chat logs and etc. He said we need to wait for the second step.

Hello everyone,i am new to this site and i just need ur advices. My fiance and i decided to get a fiancee visa for me just last Nov.2012. He filled the i-129f and the pay,only that without our any documents.Im so confused coz i have been reading about k-1 visa and its not the same of what my fiance did. Please help me with my problem,my fiance said he got the reciept already last Jan. 2013 and said we just need to wait for the second step. Is this right? Your advice will really appreciated. Thank u
