    Thank God I finally got a date from the embassy for an interview after my case was reaffirmed in January and sent back to the embassy.

      My Interview is april 19th. I got married in nov 2010 had my interview on sept. 23 2011 my documents were sent back to the uscis on october 2011. And was reffirmed in January 2013 after my husband got a lawyer to file documents before we reciecve the NOID from uscis. Hope this helps.

    over a month since nvc sent my afffirm petition to embassy in kingston and no word from embassy as yet for an interview date

    Hello everyone. On Feb 27th my husband got a letter from nvc the the finish processing my affirm petition from uscis and will forward it to the us embassy in kingston. He send an email to the embassy and they said they dont recieve it. My case status keep changing online so why it is changing and they said the dont recieve it , really dont understand those people.anyone has ever been in this situation thanks for your help.

    Hello guys its been a week since the embassy in kingston recieve my affirmed petition from Uscis and no update as yet my husband said i should wait a while before calling anyone ever been in this situation before.

    I got email from nvc last week that my affirmed petition was sent to the embassy in kingston Jamaica. Today I call nvc and the lady said they are in processing of mailing the petition to kingston. Idont understand those people
