    And security turned me away at CSC when I attempted to go up. Basically, I just had to wait until they got to me. My final conversation with tier 2, I got the woman sympathizing and apologizing. She told me thst my case was not water damaged, and that it all looked good. And that she promised me the system was moving fast now and please just wait. Thst was like two Fridays ago.
