I am checking our status at USCIS website but here is what I see....I Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283. I checked our OR number and its correct...why so I am getting this message? pls help...

You're welcome! If you spend time on the site you will eventually see that there are many individuals who have the same issue we do. Being that you are at the VSC, your time should be coming very soon so congratulations in advance. Should you wish to check your case status you can always call the USCIS.. dont press anything and you will eventually get a live agent (csr). When you ask for a case status check you will be transferred to a tier 2 (io) who will be able to check your cas...
