If you are ( c )( 14 ) or ( c )( 33 ) then you need to fill out the form, I think.

Which location did you apply for SSN at? Did you bring the RM 10211.530 document?
For what it's worth, I applied in Campbell, California, and was approved with just the printout of the I-94 and passport of the applicant (+ SS-5). Hope everything works out for you.

Visa is listed as issued on the https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx site Yay!

On July 31, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283..

So its been officially 5 mos and 1day since noa1... I tried to input my number for e request online and it will now let me do it...is there anyone else here that have done e request? I didnt finish it as i want timmy to answer the questions found on that page... Uggghhh..
I filed an e-request last week. Hope to hear from the USCIS soon regarding our case.
