Today I got a mail and I got interview August 30.

Today I finally got a mail from them. I got an interview on August 30th. They ask me to bring same evidence I sent since beginning and anything else that I want .

Why they taking too long for response????? Did they lost my papers or something happen

I same situation as yours . They got my RFE on June 3rd. I'm still waiting......

Lmao at least u guys got a letter. I send i751 on August . Got RFE in march replied in June 3rd. Almost 2 months and no answer

On August 3rd would be 2 months since I replied to RFE... I'm scared . My bday is on July 30 and just one step from heart attack..

Use form I 751. And for receipt number use ur first NOA receipt number.

No need to deal with pesty call center lines and prewritten scripts

Put in the request - got an answer within two weeks max. - Worked out perfectly for us!

Yes you can, but my lawyer advised me to wait just a little bit longer.

Dpeter. Did u get an RFE? When did u send it? How long u been waiting? I sent my package at the end of July. Got RFE in march and sent the extra evidence June 2nd. I got no replays no mail no email no phone calls no txt nada. It's passed 1 month. Already missed fall semester college for this and many jobs.

It's been 4weeks since I sent rfe. Things in my life are getting bad. Case still pending. I haven't gotten any letters from vcs.. I'm beyond my stress level I'm starting to feel depressed and sick.

I had the same thing i sent out my RFE and i didnt get any updates for past 3 weeks and even now no updates over USCIS website and no emails but on Friday i got a letter for Interview. so i guess they received my RFE and they are processing but still there is no sign of EAD.

How was ur interview? What did they ask u guys?

I got the exact same thing. All this means is that you have been selected to interview. Expect a letter from the local local field office. I got this and three weeks later, I got a letter with the interview date with the local office.

They are asking for proof that our marriage is bonafide and that we share a life together. I'm gonna send state id s 3 years of lease . Ultrasound . Adding my wife to my personal checking account to show everything we spent together in the last 3 years lol . I don't like having lots of accounts so I just made one joint and one personal . Seems like the joint wasnt enough so maybe adding her name to the personal one and show everything we spent might be good. Sent 2 years of taxes .

And already sent lots of evidence and letters. No pics. Maybe ill send some

My wife is the petitioner. Changing her last name to mine is good for showing evidence? I got the RFE and I was so not expecting it. I sent a lot of evidence but it is what it is. Now I'm just trying to gather any lil evidence that I didn't send. Question is. Changing her last name to mine would help for the RFE ? Or they would think it's another woman ? Lol

I filed a service request on April 9th. They told me that they will contact me by April 23rd.

I received a phone call yesterday afternoon (23rd) from an agent stating that I was approved!

They also sent me an email that states

The status of this service request is:

USCIS records indicate that your I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence was approved on April 9, 2013.

Your card is currently in production. You will receive your card in the mail within 45 days.

I moved a month after filing the removal conditions. I did a change of address and received a letter confirming the change. When I spoke to the agent, she asked to confirm my address. I think they mailed my card to the wrong address. My case status on the uscis.gov website still says "initial review" and has not updated since 7/25/12.

It is not about name change. Some women do not change their name when they marry, but that does not mean their marriage is not real. A copy of both your IDs with the same address shows you both reside together. You can go ahead and send a copy of the ultrasound and medical record that she is pregnant. It cannot hurt. The lease is good. It is past time to file taxes, so did you ask for an extension? You could send a copy of the extension and let them know you have not filed for 2012 yet. The lease with both names is good. Joint bank accounts and credit cards are good. Joint insurance is good. Being beneficiaries of one another is good. Wills, power of attorneys and medical directives are good. Affidavits from friends and family might help a little if your other evidence is thin. Have a family cell phone plan? Anything with both your names that you can think of might be of some help since you need to look for all the evidence you can find. Make sure whatever you send spans the entire time of your marriage.

i thought life insurance, 401 k, car loan are enough for to prove finances join, as for share residence, i thought the anddress on our driver lience is the same which show that we live together. ( i was wrong)

Ultra sound is no good as it doesn't prove your the father.

Best bet :- lease, tax transcript, credit card statements and copies showing same account number. Bank account statements showing utilities withdrawal and account in joint name. Any trips you taken together and photos should help.

What did the RFE say specifically? The most important thing is taxes! ID's with same addresses are good, leases with both names, credit card statements for the length of your residency, pictures, boarding passes together, etc.

It says " ur supporting evidence does no sufficiently establish that you and your spouse entered the marriage in good faith and continue to share a life together"

I haven't sent 2012 taxes cuz of my college loans.

So 2 weeks ago I got a RFE. My wife doesn't work . She goes to college. I work and study. We are really low middle class couple. I have not done this years tax returns cuz I'm waiting for my college loan tax thing so I can get more out of my taxes.

Is Sending a state ID of my wife with her last name changed to mine good?

I already sent 2 years tax returns. Life insurance showing her as the beneficiary. Utility bills. Bank statement. 2 letters from people that known us way back.

We have pics but didn't send them cuz we think is irrelevant.

My mom helped me get a car so insurance is on her name and my name. I'm currently teaching my wife how to drive so no insurance card for her yet lol.

We are a young happy couple soon to be a family of 3 and hoping to get our own place soon.

I finally got my approval for ROC last April 11 and I got my new 10 year IR1 GC today in the mail, wootwoot! my 2 year condition ended Oct 10, 2012 and I filed last July 10, 2012 at the VT center. It may have taken more than 8 months but I am just glad that I was not issued an RFE, it went by real smoothly.

Is it okay for me to send a pic of me And my wife when immigration sends me an RFE ? I plan to send them a photocopy of her social and state id with her last name changed to mine. A statement of a credit card. And a lease where it says she loves with me. My wife is 5 months preggo. She doesn't work. And I work but life is hard and so is the economy. Not everyone here can afford 500 dollars. The struggle is real

Okay, we could not wait anymore and called the 1-800 national customer service number. We have got the NOA July 6th and completed our biometrics early in August 2012 but since then nothing has changed. We were wondering if they have sent any letter for RFE or interview and might get lost but the customer service agent said since Biometrics no changes occurred, she said no letter has been sent out.

She said she will file a request to Vermont Service Center to update our case. Hopefully, it can work.

Do you guys believe still there is a chance for us to receive a RFE or interview letter ? It is almost 10 months and usually RFE letter goes out earlier in the process as far as I know.
