Oath Done! Passport done!!(as long as you have proof of travel they process it same day for you at the NY Passport office!)

Got a 52 page booklet. Didn't get a passport card though.

Congrats! This is really good to know. My oath ceremony is scheduled for Dec. 11th and I'm leaving the country on Dec. 20th with no passport yet. Not sure if they can issue me a passport during the ceremony.. I think I will have to go to the agency in Miami to get it done.

I had an appointment with my local office yesterday and it was very upsetting. I already purchased a plane ticket for my trip on December.. I just needed a passport to be able to travel (I won't be able to renew my Philippine passport anymore because I applied for US citizenship.) Despite of telling them my situation, they just brushed me off and told me they don't know when my ceremony would be and that I'm just gonna have to wait.

So I went to the congressman's office in my district yesterday and told them my situation. Still hoping that everything will work out.

Getting very worried here. I already made travel arrangements for December but I haven't gotten my oath ceremony schedule yet. Still need to get a blue passport to be able to travel for Christmas.

I called USCIS and the gentlemen was very nice and emailed my local office about my situation. We also went ahead and schedule an infopass just in case I didn't hear from the JAX office within 5 days.

Still hoping that everything will work out!!

I went on an interview and passed it last Sept. 3rd. Today, I received an email from USCIS that my application was placed in oath scheduling queue. I called the federal court in my City and I was told that Citizenship ceremony is scheduled for Oct 30th and November 13th. Hopefully my name is included in the October list.

My interview also went very well today! The interviewer was very nice and courteous. Just now waiting for the oath ceremony date. Yay!!

I checked the status online and this is what it says " On July 25, 2014, your N400, APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION was scheduled for interview. You will receive a notice with a time and place for your interview. If you have not received the notice within 30 days of the date the notice is mailed, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance."

My updates disappeared too. Adding NOA date again. Also, when I checked the status of my application online, it says they mailed me the appointment letter yesterday so I should know the date of my biometrics appointment very soon. Good luck to all!

I got my GC today in the mail!!

You have been approved twice!!! ROFL!!!

Lol! The first update made was that they ordered production of my new card. Now they are saying that they mailed it to my address. If that is the case, I should be getting it pretty soon!

I got another text message this morning saying that my case was updated again. This is what the status says

"On May 14, 2013, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file. You should receive your new card within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

John's approval came today in the mail! Woo hoo! It is dated 4/22/2013, on plain white paper (like someone else I've seen recently). YAY! Exactly 20 days after we mailed back our RFE response. The case status has never changed on the uscis website.

Still waiting on a response to our RFE Adman ... any response to yours (assuming you've sent it )? Anyone else who received a RFE gotten anything back, or did it show up in your case status on the USCIS site? Ours still says initial review.

I just sent the additional documents last Saturday. The status also shows as "Initial review" for me. They said it will take a minimum of 14 days before we hear from them. I know we've been waiting for so long but I am sure everything will be alright!
