still not receipt we just paid today and process takes like 3 days to be paid . hope they don't care for who pays like they don't care for time

in pay online for IV payer name . she paid so she should sign with her name online she spil it wrong

my wife paid for aos and iv for aos every thing ok

but problem is for iv ( payer ) she didn't notice she spell her name wrong

she was so excited and happy we married almost 2 year and wait so long for this

On October 17, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Our application is at the National Benefits Center in Overland Park Kansas, too. Our immigration attorney said they typical wait time for approval on an I-130 Visa is approximately 2-4 months.

We, however, submitted an Expedite Request. Hopefully, it will be sooner. We are supposed to hear something back from them within the next week!!!

So exciteddddd, can't wait for my honey to come "home" to the USA.
