just an update...i sent my passport and new medical exams on monday and i got them back this morning so im going home tomorrow!!! oh but yea i did have to go to the border to turn in a packet u get that you cant open along with passport but that only takes a couple hours...Good luck with the rest of your journey i wish you the best!

I guess i just show up to the clinic with that paper i got and thats it. No the lawyer couldnt do anything. The lawyer said it took about a week to 2 to get back the passport but i can leave as soon as i get it.

just go and hand it to them i have to mail it to them and wait to get in back in the mail so i switched the dhl location to the one in juarez so im just gonna stay there in a hotel till i get it.. ugh more money to spend that i dont have

hey just keeping you posted.. i got the DHL package yesterday and all i got was one piece of paper saying i was approved and to send my passport in and im pretty mad becuase the day i got approved my medical exams exipired and i though i was ok but i guess they need new medical exams so im gonna go back to juarez on sunday to take the exams monday and still even though im already there i cant ...

tv only got 2 channels. If i wanted anything i had to hop on a bus that takes 1hr and a half to get to a place where there was actually civilization lol. Hang in there and think about how happy your gonna be when u get to hold your kids again that was one thing that keep me sane.

how long have you been waiting? when did they receive your petition? Dont worry when you least expect it you will get approved. Thats what my wife told me and bam! i get approved the next day lol.

my wife and i had the biggest scare lastnight, she went on the UScis website and it said it was in the acceptance phase and she got sooo happy and then went on to read and it said that my petition was denied due do idk what she said so she cried and cried for a while. then she decided to recheck it and turns out she put the wrong case number on. she then cried somemore
