For some reason I get this feeling that soon I'll be getting my NOA2 I don't know why but I don't want to keep my hopes to high!! Although I feel better about being optimistic!!

Got an AOS checklist on the 3rd of July sent it on the 6th and arrived on the 8th, was hoping for August interview, let's see what happens oh and my IV got accepted so that's good!

Hello! Congrats on your approval! I see that your, case was received by NVC a day after mine was received and you're also waiting for AOS to be invoiced! Lol we both have lots in common! Let me know if you get an invoice, I'll do the same if I do as well! Btw are you the petitioner or the beneficiary?

I'm definitely sending the old version of the AOS form! Oh God please have then have my case # ready, so they can invoice me the AOS bill on time before the 22nd of June!

Its been 29 days and still no NOA2 yet. i know I just started but it sucks waiting! All I want to do is just go to Colombia and be with my hubby until I get the email saying that I got my NOA2 saying that we are approved!! It just makes a lot easier waiting like that because we're not far apart.

IV bill invoiced today!! Paid it earlier!! Hopefully in 2 weeks I'll get case complete!! So excited!!

I fully understand you because after the long wait for the I-130 to get approved you want everything else to fly by. Just have to be a little more patient. I know time away from our loved ones feels like an eternity but keep in mind that it has only been a weeks since getting your NOA-2 so you're on track. It's very important that you stay on top of the transit of your papers from USCIS to NVC. A very close friend who I met through this site had her case misplaced and delayed about 2...

Thank you for your advice! Just want to get this done and over with! Supposedly the NVC stage is the fastest part of the process, so I guess its more stressful and frustrating knowing that you have to be calling them about everything about your case and waiting on them for everything as well! So how is one not suppose to get desperate and impatient?
