i got interviewed with 7mons old nbi and wala naman binanggit about it..

if d k ngwork abroad., ok na ang nbi. no need for poloce clerance sis

My mom filed a petition for me and my bro, we are both under 21. We are now on the step of Submitting our Certified copies of birth certificate, NBI CLEARANCE and 2x2 pictures. After we all submit those things What will be the Next step? I hope there's anyone who could answer. Thankyou ?

if the AOS ( affidavit of support ) submitted by ur mom and or the joint sponsor., and your civil documents and ds260 answered online were all submitted., then your waiting for ur CASE COMPLETION DATE and or CHECKLIST EMAIL..

IF YOU got case completed ( most likely before dec20) then you will be que for FEB INTERVIEW if your PD is current on the visa bulletin..

I had submitted my AOS and IV documents in two separate packages VIA Fed-ex (tracking number shows delivered for both), but i received a letter today stating that my IV documents have not yet been received. Is this a mistake in the system or do i resend the documents again. I have copy + pasted that portion of the letter below:

sometimes they keep on sending false checklist..

just be prepared with ur case number., name & birth or petitioner and beneficiary..

if they said the dates they have documents entered into their system then they received ur packages..

on the checklist email, it was written that it's 20BD review..

when you call nvc, it's 30BD..

Hello guys I have a question. I am hoping for jan interview, so at NVC last 3 yrs tax return has been submitted, do I have to take the 2013 tax return papers at the interview? As per my understand the 2013 tax payment start at jan right?

if the petitioner had filed before ur jan 2014 interview., then bring it to the interview..

but if petitoner havent filed yet before ur jan 2014 interview., i think it wont cause any problem..

and bring a copy of the latest ITR 2012 just to be safe
