  1. Thanks for looking into it and replying back.. I am trying, I beleive one of us could have been in the same boat. If anybody has come pass this, please let me know.

  2. On Feb 5 2012, I got an RFE (Online status) like below :

    On February 5, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting evidence/information for this case to you or your representative. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the material requested. This case will be held in suspense until we either receive the evidence/information or the opportunity to submit it expires. A new processing period will begin when we receive your response. You or your representative will be notified by that office of a decision or if any further information or action is needed from you. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

    Again on Feb 7 2013, the status changed like below:

    On February 7, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case, you will be notified by mail. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

    My Employer has not received any information about the RFE so far. Can one of you please advise, whether this is normal where the RFE status keep changing with different wordings... (or) is there a possibility that they have sent 2 RFE's.
