yeah... i don't understand ...some people filed on a later date but get approved right away (without expediting the case)...

I am happy for them...really...its just that...I don't get it...its a lil unfair...

I guess I have to stop looking at this website ....this site is very helpful with infos and all that...but at the same time very depressing..

wow Ive seen an October filer (oct 25 noa1 just got approved the other day without having it expedited.....but the thing is their from VSC... well I am happy for them I just hope to hear some goodnews coming from CSC as well....

I'm an October filer and I just got approved! 124 days since I submitted - wasn't that amazingly fast? I don't know how mine was done so quickly, but I'm certainly not complaining. I hope everyone else is approved soon!

oct 2012 filer here...we we're hoping we could get approved this month but due to some unfortunate events...we had to wait 2-3 more months

but lately I've been seeing alot of August filers getting approved...so I hope they would speed up more in the coming weeks...specially CSC....please please please oooohh pretty please :whistle:

It is really frustrating having to wait so long. I was hoping our case would go through quickly as we have been dating for 4 years and have visited each other 11 times including a 12 month stay in the USA for me and a 6 month stay for her in the UK. I angers me when people how have only been dating a year and have seen each other once get approved faster then a scolded cat

i feel you...coz we were almost 5 years in a relationship I thought it would make a difference when it comes to visa filing....

sigh...well there's really nothing much we can do for now but to wait

but im praying they would speed up more in the coming weeks....

None I heard there's stil July fillers for noa2 but so far there August 16 filler from CSC got noa2!! Long way to go for October fillers.. Like about two months..

yeah as am seeing here ,seems like they're still working on July-August filers....hope they would speed up more in the coming weeks... maybe just another month?

We got approved today after 206 days at VSC. We received our NOA1 on July 23 and I just called USCIS this morning and Samantha (The Representative) gave us (My fiance was on the cam listening) the good news.

Good luck to everyone who is still waiting. Happy Valentine's Day to everyone as well. Thank you Jesus. He always takes care of us.

seems like texas service center doesnt have much files to for k1 to view...is there a way we could request to transfer our papers to tsc from csc?

just got home from medical city....got my xray result and its clear! yay!! well i know St. Lukes will not honor that,and there's still a possibility that they might see something but atleast.... im much relaxed now...what a relief thanks god
