hey ...

We got our noa 1 on 24 January .. we went to Vermont center ..and on 21 June our case was transferred to Texas .A few days ago my fiance and i realize that we sent just the I 129f form ,copy after his birth certificate and the check ... so we sent the rest of the papers to Texas address that we got it from the notice that he receive in his mail box . We put a request of service 3 weeks ago but still nothing two days ago we spoke with a tier two he said that will ask for an update to our case but nothing so far ..

Can you please tell me guys which is the address from Texas center??maybe we send it wrong ... What else we can do now .. we don't know nothing about our case if they have all the papers together ..i wold like to know what to expect from them

so nvc receive yor case?? i was in the same bullshit and i was mailed to nvc on 13 still no case yet

be optimist .. they told us today that on 13 california send our file to nvc:D and usualy when they tell what they told you from what i read here in like 2 days you will have your case sent to nvc

when tier one ask you about the wac after he ask did you recive an aprove you say yes 20 may i have an service request pending i wish i could know if you guys read it ..they say bla bla 90 days ( duno why cuz in my case they say 15) you start to tell them that why take so long etc etc ... and they say mr i see that you have a lot of other question that i cant answer for you i will put you in pending for tier 2 thats it ...i made a 3 way call me my fiance and tier 1 and thats exactly what tier one said ... if i wold be in your case i wold go to an info pass

what tier 2 tells you when you ask him about your service request?? im in the same situation and they told us that the USCIS said that they will send our file as fast as they can ..they told us that Friday so hope this week will be on nvc

not really i am waiting since 4 june when i got my noa2 and nothing yet they keep saying that is on California for what i duno ..we didnt had any RFE ..just wait haw long god knows ..when we call them all they know to say is wait same tier 2 ..so useless

to nvc the beneficiar can call too

i have my noa2 on 4 june ..and nothing yet ..i call nvc they say dont have my case ..we call to california they say that that my case is still there why ..they dont know why ..doesnt have nothing for requier ..im sick of it:( nobody does nothing we did a request of service to california 2 days ago still nothing we didnt had rfe they dont give us one single reason why they keep it there

we call today and they still dont have our case number i quess i will wait until 5 so we do a requiest of servici to nvc and csc

I'ts been amoust a mounth sice we had aprove our noa2 (4 june) we call every day and still nothing we call csc too and spoke to a tier 2 and she told us that our file is still there ..when we ask haw long will take to be on nvc they say that they don't have enaught file naw to send to nvc that we will be on the next load ..its so frustrating.. they told us that tusday 5 days ago and nothing yet
