I think i told you before to demand to talk to an Immigration officer. You basically wasted your appointment by talking to those front desk people.

Probably they are reviewing the evidence you submitted along with the evidence you submitted for the I-751.

Hi.... I had infopass today and lady went in back office and cameback and told me officer is reviewing my case... That's it...she told me that my case delaying bcoz I applied for n400 while my I751 was pending... I don't think so but wht can I do...

It is ridicules..almost three months now after I submitted my n14..

Guys...I am still waiting... I submitted documents almost two months ago and nothing happening.. any idea that how long it will take to get approved???

What did they ask for in n14??

I should be closing on my first home in a couple of weeks. My new home will be in the same district office. Should this be an issue if i report a change of address in my application? I am scheduled for a reinterview on July 25th.

On what grounds the decision can not be made? Missing documents? .. If that's the only thing, then you should be fine. The sooner you send in the better.. but you have to realize that it's going to prolong your journey that's all.

Just came back from interview and dicision can not be made yet. Lady was very nice and i was missing w2 for 2011 and my wife doctor letter coz she is out of job since 3 years. She gave me pink envelope and said me to mail it or drop it off with 2 documents with in month. And i ahould be fine. I will be dropping off those docs with in this week. What you think friends i should be fine???

Congrats..it depends on your field office.. sometime it could take from same day to 45days...

Sorry to hear about your experience. Hang in there! Try not too worry too much (although I know that's hard). I'm sure it will all work out.

Thanx h2opolo. Honestly I think she put my case up for supervisor approval. The fact that she took my signatures on the form and the pics means she intends to approve it but since my case is not that straightforward she wants her sups approval.

As I told you guys my i751 is still pending. I received notice for interview for i751 yesterday and tgey didnt give me date yet. My n400 interview is on 28th of this.month... Does anyone has any idea or know someone qith same aituation, how uscis will handle my case?

Once ur interview is schedualed online , your interview date will be within 40days from it. If you dont receive interview notice within 0 days then make an infopass and they qill give u printout with place time and date. good luck
