    NOA2 on April 22nd, left NVC May 20th, and they sent it to the wrong country. I got ahold of them and they gave me the correct address, but it's in Thailand, and they sent it to the Philippines. Hoping the NVC can get it straightened out quickly.

      Hello! Sorry for my late reply, I haven't been checking VJ for awhile. Anyway, yes we received our case number from NVC on April 23rd. How's yours?

      I have yet to receive anything from the NVC after 2 weeks. Did they notify you by mail or e-mail?

      Same here, no eligibility letter yet NVC but my fiancè called them and that's how we learned about our case number.

    No, unfortunately still no NOA2, I recently wrote my representative but he said he couldn't help us because we're still within posted processing times, so now I'm going to write my senator. It's really tough, I transferred jobs and moved from Illinois to Texas the beginning of January because we had been expecting to be together by March or April.

    I hope you will hear something soon. I know it's disheartening to see NOA1s from after you getting approved, some Septembers are getting processed. At least you know it has been assigned to someone and not in limbo somewhere.

    When filing our petition on August 27th, the estimated time for the California Service center had only been 3 months and we expected her to be here in March. My fiancee's mother and younger sister live in Texas so I transferred jobs and just bought a house, moving from Illinois, so that she would still be close to some family. It is now February 14th and the processing time is up to 5.5 months. I can't wait for NOA2

      I wrote my representative. I got the letter back stating it was still within the "5.5 month" processing time. I just sent out another letter today to my senator. Now we play the waiting game some more and hope it comes soon

    Good luck on your journey. We received our NOA1 on August 28th, still waiting on NOA2.
