    Just got a call from the Consulate: we're missing one form, and the interview will be the first week of June! :)

    Good to see that your file finally arrived at the NVC, too. Our petitions were probably approved by the same person and then left there to collect dust...

      yes thank you soo much :) exactly i am thinking the same because they mailed my package on April 30th to nvc and NVC recieved it today and right away i got my case number finally.. i wasnt sure lol so i called back again earlier this evening to confirm if they got my case and when will it leave nvc? they told me should leave next week or so hopefully :)

      Ours arrived at the NVC on May 1st and was assigned a case number right away. When I called them again yesterday, they said it was forwarded to the Consulate earlier that day. Yours should be on its way on Tuesday or so! :) Good luck with the rest of the process!!!

      oh wow thats great and goodluck with interview and the rest of process for u as well. i hope they mail it out on monday or tuesday lol i am afraid what if they keep it in nvc for another month. hopefully not :)

    Five weeks after NOA2, our file is finally on its way to the Consulate in Frankfurt!!!! :)

    Hey, quick question: how and when did you find out that your paperwork had made it to the NVC? We got approved on March 27th and have been calling them every day for about two weeks now, but they don't have us in their system. I'm kind of hoping that cases don't get put into the system until shortly before they are being sent off to the consulate, but that's just a theory to mak...

    Thanks! I'm not all that worried about Frankfurt…I just hope they will be quick about sending our paperwork over there!

    We're still waiting for our NOA2 also. My fiancé just filed the release form with his senator yesterday…I really hope that that will get the ball rolling...
